Redland Precast supports various community activities including educational establishments, sports clubs and associations, and the arts. The company sponsored Hong Kong's exhibit at the 2003 Venice Biennale art festival in Italy.

In 1998, Redland Precast donated a skateboard ramp to the Warehouse Youth Club in Aberdeen.
